2000 Lethargy Discography '93-'99
Spoth Records/Watchmen Records

Lethargy were a technical grind band from Rochester, New York. A bit reminiscent of Human Remains, but even more technical in terms of guitar and bass playing, drumming, and overall song composition. They carry grind to the highest level of musicianship I’ve ever heard. Their complexity and originality cannot be matched! With grind you can expect certain qualities, like screaming vocals, speed, and anger. Lethargy contains these elements, but they mix so many other elements into the music such as constantly shifting tempos, jaw-dropping precision and timing, strangely acrobatic riffing, a bit of humor, lots of melodies and harmonies, jazz elements, and even some happy guitar parts now and then touching on rock. - metal-rules.com (2000)

After Lethargy, Bill and Brann went on to play with Today is the Day before forming Mastodon.
After Lethargy, Erik played drums in Kalibas, formed Sulaco (G.V) and has been playing and touring with Nuclear Assault and Brutal Truth.

I had to break the file up into 4 parts since there is a 100meg limit on mediafire.com

1996 Pigmaster Stinky Panic demo

1996 Pigmaster Stinky Panic demo
Pigmaster existed from 1993-1998, think Zappa meets Sepultura (Chaos AD era) and you're kind of close. These guys were known for their crazy / incredibly silly / stupid live shows.

1995 Butterslax Corn Burglar demo

1995 Butterslax - Corn Burglar demo
Featuring Bill Kelliher of Mastodon. This demo came out shortly before Bill joined Lethargy, then he later went on to join Today is the Day, then co-found Mastodon. Butterslax's music has more of a Melvins feel than anything else, unlike the later bands Bill went on to play with.

1990 Noxious "Big Sacagaweeah" demo

Noxious "Big Sacagaweeah" demo from 1990.
Killer, twisted disjointed thrash/metal. Kind of like I don't know, maybe Voivod meets The Accused. One of my favorites late 80's early 90"s Rochester bands for sure...
